Our “Get on Track” health coaching package is a structured support program designed to lay the foundation for healthy living. It’s best suited for individuals who are starting on a health journey and need guidance on where and how to begin. Our highly trained and experienced health coaches will work with you to create a personalized plan that takes into account your unique needs and circumstances. The program includes personalized goal setting, nutrition and exercise guidance, stress management techniques, and accountability and support.
“Get on Track” is recommended to accompany our “Roadmap for Healthy Living” program. The Roadmap provides the essential knowledge and skills you need to optimize your nutrition, sleep, stress management, and exercise habits. Our coaching sessions then assist you in applying this information to your own life, with personalized guidance and support from a health coach. By combining the course with the coaching package, you’ll have all the resources, tools and support you need to make lasting, positive changes to your health and wellbeing.
What is Health Coaching?
As a health coach, I provide a supportive and positive environment to help clients develop a clear vision of their health goals and aspirations. In coaching sessions, I actively listen to clients’ perspectives and needs and work with them to identify potential barriers to success and develop strategies to overcome them. By tapping into their intrinsic motivation and strengths, I empower clients to make positive changes towards their health goals. I also help clients identify and overcome their internal limiting beliefs that prevent them from making progress by exploring their thought patterns and mindset. Through visualization exercises, goal-setting, and reframing negative self-talk, clients can gain greater self-awareness, build their self-efficacy, and develop the confidence and motivation needed to make sustainable, positive changes towards their health and wellbeing.
How The Health Coaching Program Works
The program consists of six 45-minute sessions run over a three month period, with each session covering a different aspect of healthy living. During each session, we will discuss the topic at hand and explore practical ways to incorporate it into your daily routine. Our focus is on laying the foundation for healthy habits that can be sustained over time, rather than quick fixes or temporary changes. Our coaching approach is personalized and flexible, taking into account your individual needs and circumstances. By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid understanding of the key elements of a healthy lifestyle and the tools to continue making progress on your own.
One-on-one coaching: $150 per month over 3 months
Group coaching (coming soon): $75 per month over 3 months
